Refund policy

Screen savers sold by Furvio are digital products and are considered delivered once provided, so they are generally non-refundable. If a payment succeeded but the purchase did not appear on your account, or a downloaded file is corrupt or will not install, email support@catwash.cn within 14 days — we will re-deliver or issue a full refund after verification. Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your statutory refund rights are not affected.
